some smoked salmon
a shrimp and cocktail sauce
two giant piece of lobster tail, hearts of palm and sweet grapefruit slices
some pieces of frisee

4 bites of wild mushroom (morrel, chantarelle, truffle) risotto

1/2 duck with fruity sauce
2 bites of bison with fois gras
1 soft shell crab

a bite of key lime tart
three bites of a cherry tartuffo
a fresh fig
a nutty creamy coffee-flavored cake that was gross
a bite of fudge
a bite of cotton candy
a bite of chocolate tart with peanut butter ice cream
two bites of strawberry shortcake with rhubarb bits!
